Voice Reel Submissions

 

To Pencilish Enthusiasts

It is our great pleasure to inform you that we have begun the process of casting for our unique animated shows. We’re so excited to bring you amazing and fun content, but before we begin animating our characters, we’ll need voices for them!

 

And this is where you come in!

 

You, as followers of Pencilish, have the opportunity to audition to be a part of our projects! We are very excited to include you in the process and we can’t wait to work with you!

 

The roles we need are as follows:

 

General Voices

However, before we begin, we have some very important instructions for you to follow. Failure to follow these steps will result in your submission being discarded.

 

1. All people auditioning must have a voice reel of good quality that clearly displays your vocal range and skill. Amateur voice actors are welcome to submit and a professional reel is not required, but all reels must be clear and easy to hear so that we can gauge the quality of your voice.
    

2. You must submit all materials to submissions@pencilish.com. Only submit once. Multiple submissions will result in the disqualification of you from the audition process.
    

3. When submitting, please type in the subject of your email as follows: Name of Character_Actor Name_Date
    

4. Included in your submission must be your information as follows:

   1. Name

   2. Age

   3. If you are a Pencilish investor

   4. Any prior experience you have voice acting
       

5. Along with this information, you must also include a working link to your reel. This can be Youtube, Vimeo, or similar sharing platforms. If your work requires a passcode to access, then include it here. We will not reach out to you inquiring about passcodes and failure to include one could mean the discarding of your submission.

   • If you send your reel as an attachment, you do not have to provide a link also. But please include in the name of your reel your full name.
      

6. If you have any prior experience, or a voice acting resume, you may attach that to the email as well, but that is not necessary.

 

We will only reply back to the submissions that we are considering for the role. If you do not hear back from us, please do not email inquiring about the nature of your submission. If you do hear back, however, you will be given further information about the next phase of your audition.

 

If you are contacted, you will be asked to sign an NDA and a submission’s agreement that will include further information. Failure to complete these forms will mean the discarding of your submission.
